Having an odd issue with a 7200 and VOIP extensions. When I dial into the VOIP's DID, it rings the phone and the user can answer it. When I dial into the main number, and use the AA or even someone transferring the call manually to the VOIP extension, it goes straight to voicemail.

I'm sure this is something simple but I cannot find anything on Google or the search engine on here. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you looked in the v/m logs while doing the transfer to see what's happening might be something simple like forward day menu
