Have a customer with a 7100 that wants to add a analog phone. Ive added a 4SLU2 card in the 1st slot on the UNI card, according to Tech Support recommendations. I've made sure that the 2nd slot is empty. In 806 everything looks right. This is a brand new card in a new UNI card also. The software on the switch is 4.53. Ive tried another 4SLU2 card and still can not get anything on any ports. Any ideas?
