Greetings.
I work at a motel, and the owner had already purchased a replacement Cadence VM8A Voicemail Card for a DCS Prostar that was decommissioned from a vendor overseas.
It still has the old user's configuration and I need to know how to reset the admin passcode for it (Default passcode does not work) to access the admin menu to reconfigure, as well as resetting the entire voicemail card to factory default if it needs it. I do not have PC/Terminal access to the it atm, but have KMMC admin access to the DCS.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Long time since I have touched cadence voicemail im confused why you never brought a svim voicemail as cadence your be lucky to find support on them. Have you tried using google to find manuals . If I remember theres a battery switch on them so you could default the system And I am afraid best way to program them is by pc even thou you can program from phone kmmc programing is no use to you for the cadence Maybe some tech might be able to help you

I wasn't the one that purchased it. If it was up to me, I would have. Ended up doing a hard reset via terminal successfully. The used replacement card had some corrupted data on it.
