I have an offsite employee with an IP phone. For some reason, her phone only rings twice before going to her voice mail. I checked in her settings, and it seems to be set up the exact same way as the other ip phones on our network. Any ideas to what could be causing this? I have attached a screenshot of her settings: ![[Linked Image from www2.picturepush.com]](https://www2.picturepush.com/photo/a/12536765/640/12536765.jpg)

someone may have shortened a timer and then doubled it for some phones. try looking at forward paths on phones that work the way you want usually you will see #1 for Voicemail if you see odd numbers you might go to forward paths and see what you have programmed. The fact it's an IP phone really has no effect on the times
