200ML with a MEM VM card. Property wants front desk to ring then go to the AA after 4 rings. This is easy and we do it all of the time if we use a console but this site doesn't. They have a Day service ringing to a analog Ext 426 that is on multiple phones. I tried to call foward 426 to VM 770 on a now answer but that doesn't work obviously. Anybody have any other ideas on how to get this to work. IF they were using the console I could use the attendant call foward option in the COS but not a option here.

How did you try it? Do you have split call forwarding set?

426 would have to be programmed as a 'real port' in form 9, in order to be forwarded. Also, make sure there is no mailbox 426, so the MEM will answer with the Auto Attendant greeting.
