Hello. I have OS7200 with SVMi-20e card installed. I have Caller ID feature turned on and working when call ist transferd straight to the extansion. But when call is handled by SVMi card first, Caller ID is not visible anymore. SVMi itsel can see this ID (Visible in Port Activity). Also I've notised when supervision level for extension is set to None, it start forwarding Caller ID. Has anybody already seen this problem?

This is due to the svmi20e doing an announce transfer. Once the call is answered by the station the caller id will come through.
Just like if another handset does the transfer, until they hangup it won't show the caller id.

that's bad. is it possible to change it? becouse it also dosn't show caller id in missed calls.

The caller id isn't showing in missed calls for the same reason.
You mentioned that you changed the supervision to none, what mad you change it back?

If CID isn't showing in missed calls, make sure the extension in question has some CLI blocks active.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
