Hi,
I have a Compact Plus older system with call Pilot 100 VM. We get recordings in AA that are blank. Dead line. Well busy tone to be exact.
What can I do so that the line disconnect right away so it won't record blank messages.

Make sure your lines are programmed for Disconnect Supervision. Also make sure the lines are equipped with it from the provider.
