Due to storm, Starplus STS is down. Have tried to turn on/off for re-boot and also unplugged and replugged in. Not working. LED display on phone indicates "no sync". Spoke with gentlemen who installed and he mentioned something about voice mail card and recommended I post issue here. 5 phones on system in small office. Need to get back up and running ASAP.

The system may have a bad memory battery and needs to be defaulted and reprogrammed. You need to get your tech out to look at it.

Its not a voice mail issue...the system needs to be defualted by use of a dip switch located inside, but the programming will not hold (assuming the system restarts) until the ram battery is replaced (assuming the battery is dead).

Thanks for responding. I was able to get someone to look at the system. We're in Hackensack, NJ. It appears we just need a new system. It got fried fried from the storm and cannot re-start.
