We have several lines here. One of the extensions will not ring...goes directly through to voice mail. The Do Not Disturb is off. How scan I get it to ring?

Also, are the lines answered by the auto attendant? If so, that extension may have "auto attendant do not disturb" turned on in the mailbox.

None of the other extension are answered by an auto attendent. The Do Not disturb is turned off. I have a manuel but there's no reference for an Auto Attendent.

First, can you intercom the extension? does it ring or voice announce? Is call forwarding turned off? this can be done as a user feature or through software. If fixed call forwarding is set up as "immediate" voice mail, then no, it will not ring the phone

Not really sure about the intercom thing, but I tried to cancel any call forwarding on the extension by hitting CALL1 + *2 + 0. Didn't help.

if you pick up another phone, then dial the troubled extensions number what happens exactly? What is displayed in the screen of the phone you are calling from? What is in the display of the phone you are calling?
How are the lines programmed? Are they DILed POTS lines, DID analog lines? or a PRI with DIDs? What happens if you change the night mode of the system?
