I have an IPO and with the holidays approaching they have asked me to send calls to the holiday call handling, on the holiday, which I have done... except for a half day. They want to take off at noon before Thanksgiving and I am wondering how I can do that. Is there a short code for going to the holiday message? Can any station set that? If not, how can I set it up for them? Thanks.

You would need to use TEST Conditions, and set up one for Nov22, 8am-noon, or whatever the business hours are. If inside that time, go to the hunt group or target of your choice.
If outside that, go to the Holiday menu...
