We have the opportunity to bid a new small hotel property, one that we actually bid a couple of years ago but was delayed. At the first go round we bid an XTS coupled with a DuoVoice to handle the VM and property mgmt integration. No more XTS so we are forced into the MBX which I have huge trepidations about. Has anyone out there done a this system in a hospitality environment, does Vertical Hotel/Motel exist and does it work? Any input would be appreciated. If this is going to be a minefield, we will look at a different solution. Thanks

I'm just about in the same boat but the end user currently has a DXP/Verbatim/Concierge and is looking at options. I'd love to pitch them an MBX. Would like some reassurance that it is a reliable solution before I loose them to a Mitel or something else.
