We have a Panasonic KX-TDA 100 phone system, using KX-T7625 phones. Trying to set up a way have Agent A transfer Customer to Agent B and have all 3 people on the line at the same time. I know about hitting "transfer" a second time, but that just toggles between Customer and Agent B. I know about "conference" but after all three are on the line then a transfer can't be completed. Any ideas?

user manual section 1.4.5 covers all multiple party calls. Transfer to co must be enabled in COS.

Yes, thank you for the user manual reference, it helped me verify that I was looking the right place. I had read it but still wasn't working.
"Transfer to CO" did it! THANK YOU!!!
Question, I saw the security post. Should I be worried about enabling "Transfer to CO"?

Only if you forget to move the VM ports to a different COS than the ones with transfer to C.O. enabled

Perfect! Thank you!
They were on the same COS, so I have now separated them. You guys are lifesavers.
