Got a customer whose VM failed. Re-initialized the VM, worked fine. ( 2 weeks ago ) Got a callback that the VM failed again.
Any suggestions ????

They will do this....something to do with the power bus on the card. Usually a cold restart will fix it longer...shut the KSU off and back on after a minute or so. Connect a monitor to the vm before you shut down and watch the screen when it boots back up...look for errors.
