I have a newly installed large SV8300 system. There are 3 CPU's tied together via ip. All phones on the system are either digitial or analog-no ip phones. The trunking to the system is a PRI from Mediacom. The issue I am having is numerous faxes fail-especially on the analog stations that are not on the main CPU- these are on the second and 3rd processor which has to connect to the first via ip. We are also experiencing intermittent choppy voice on voice calls. It doesn't matter if it is local, long distance or toll free. There is nothing common in this problem.
The 3 cpu's are the only equipment that are plugged into the data switch besides some network monitoring equipment I have installed. I am not showing lost packets, delay or jitter. The Carrier says that they show the same thing so I am just looking for other suggestions if anyone has any. Thanks

Are you set for G7.11? What bandwidth do you have between the sites and is that shared with data as well?
