This is the first time that I have run into this problem. I have a TDA50 and have tried to change a line button to an autodial button 101, 102, etc. However I can't clear the button. Usually I just hit program, touch the button, dial 2, and enter and the button is clear. However on this paticular system it doesn't work. I thought it was a class of service issue, but I can enter system programming from any phone. Any idea about why I can't clear buttons. Thanks

in extension settings option 6, flexiable button programing mode, can be limited to one touch buttons and if set as anything else it will not allow change
