After logging into VM, there is a choice where you can access someone else's VM. Can that be disabled and if so, where?

This sounds like vm admin access...pgm 127 flex 1 then 0 disables it.

Nope, it will still you the option of accessing someone else s mailbox by pressing #, dialing the mailbox number and entering the passcode.

Oh, that is a standard feature., The PF and Dispatch have always done that as well. It is a send message shortcut. There is no option to disable it.
