I have a Wave 2500 that is cutting off voicemail messages. The client will be leaving a message and during mid sentence the voicemail cuts them off and the call is ended. It does not follow any particular timer trend, could be 3 seconds, could be 12 seconds.
Any solutions to this crazy issue?

I have experienced a similar issue with an SBX320 Auto Attendant recording. Come to find out that the system did not like the frequency of my voice. smile
As soon as one of my male colleagues re-recorded the message the problem went away.
