In a very big boardroom, where does one place the wireless mics? in the ceiling or on the table? Anyone have experience with wireless mics for a Polycom Soundstation?

I would think on the table. If you have cabling in the floor, I'd put the SS in the middle and then place the wireless mics in equally distributed locations further out on the table.

If you have someone who wants to walk around & talk, get a wireless lapel mic.
