Anyone else have a problem connecting a remote Allworx phone through a Verizon Westell DSL modem? The phone will come up and work fine for 1 phone call, then, once that call is terminated, I do not get audio anymore. I have other remote workers on this system so I do not think it is something on the home office side but something within the westell. Any thoughts?

What model Westel are you using?
Google that model number--you may come across some FAQs and some support for that piece of equipment.
I've never worked with a Westel, nor a DSL on a remote Allworx phone---so I'm somewhat limited here.
Do you have to reboot the modem when you have trouble or do you just reboot the Allworx phone? Try to isolate that. It would, at least tell you for sure if it's in the modem, the DSL or the phone. My thinking right away---is that it's in the modem.
Who set the modem up? Did they set it up not knowing that there would be a SIP phone attached to it??
That's all I got for now. Good Luck.

I have a remote allworx phone at home, and several at the office. We use AT&T DSL at both locations. office is 1.5 meg, home is 768k. The phone at home works great, until I use a softphone on my laptop at home. Then the connection locks up and I have to reboot the phone at home. So for us it does work on our DSL service.
