Have a customer that has centrx lines. The customer wants to bury the 9 so that they do not have to dial it every time. Cannot find anything in the manual.

You may be able to do, but, it's ugly!
when the system is inilized( being Brand new and out of the box)there was a prompt to ask if it was to be set-up as a 'PBX ' or ' Hybred '
WARNING *********************************
To get back to that prompt the system would need to be ReInilized ** Bad thing to do, You will Erase everything **
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
