We have two lines on our system. When you dial out using the speed dial numbers it grabs line 2 first, even if line 1 is not in use. Our line 1 has free long distance. Is there any way to change which line the speed dialing grabs first?

if you have installer password you can.
or: if you have a ' punch tool ' you could swap lines....

Is the programming password and the installer password the same. I have the password to be able to change the date and time on the system.
