I've got a Tadiran Coral system with a bunch ( 200 ) of single line phones set up for hot line to a pri providing external dialtone. Is there any code I can dial or any way I can drop to internal dialtone to identify these extensions by calling to a keyset ??

https://www.tadiranamerica.com/html/documentation/user_manuals.html Download the 280S user guide. Look for Hot Station Immediate control from the attendant phone. If that doesn't work you have to get into system programming and if you aren't a certified tech that could be an issue.
