Is there a way to have a boss group ring several extensions as well as an external number - in this case a cell phone. I tried putting an SLT port in the boss group and then forward all the SLT port to the cell phone number but it does not work. It rings the internal extensions but not the cell phone. I tried the SLT port that is forwarded to the cell phone as the only member of the boss group and when I call the boss group it give me "illegal" on the display. I am not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using an unused WST port and turn flexicall on to that virtual number. Then add that number to your boss group.

Would you need a PRI for the WST and Flexicall to work? We only have POTS lines at this site.

Flexicall is only supposed to (only supported) only be used with digital circuits T1, PRI etc. Give it a try..POTS lines are not a good way to go though because of disconnection issues.

Good idea but it does not work. I can see one of the POTS lines light up as soon as you dial the wireless extension number but then it disconnects almost immediately. Any other ideas to make this work?

No, you HAVE to have it in a boss group with at least 1 ringing port..like an slt with call waiting is what I have used in the past.
