IPX Office - ver 15.85.16. Problem - Cust changed from class 4(unreg) to class 5(registered) sip trunks. Trunks work both inbound and outbound, have audio both ways. When an inbound call is made, I put the trunk on hold, when i go to retrieve the held call - no audio then the call disconnects after about 15 to 20 sec after being picked up. Now I can call out on the same sip trunk, put the caller on hold. Caller hears MOH, and I can pick the call up. Sip Provider seems to think its the PBX and I tried calling tech support and have not heard from anyone in 2.5 hours. I am at a loss here and I cannot figure this one out. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Problem has been resolved. Just for future reference. I had to set all of the IP's coming from the ITSP in the dial svc, under sip_incoming.
