Can anyone tell me how to turn off the default main greeting? the default, pre recorded greetings says "If your an mailbox owner press #, for directory press 9, etc.." It is playing after my recorded greeting that I put in mail box #00. Can she be turned off?

Yes go to admin box and listen to the prompts for 7 and 8. One will let you listen to greetings and the other will let you record over. If I recall its greetings 91 and 106. I usually record silence on them and it works. Just record at least a second if it is too short it causes funny things.
