I've got a wierd one happening. I have two Corals (ver 14.67) tied together via IP NET. All calls (DID) come into the host side on PRI's and are routed (via offset filters) to the appropriate stations at both the host and remote sites. This has worked pretty much flawlessly for the past 2 years. However, we are having trouble with at least one station reporting that INTERMITTENTLY they are on a conversation (either outgoing or incoming) and they will hear a long "beep" and then immediately after the beep they are back with the caller. Any thoughts?

Do you have the long converstaion alarm on per chance? It may be a feature activated on that phone and no issue really at all.

no to both questions. The first thing I looked was features, the only feature activated is cfwd bsy and na to VM. I thought perhaps it was the break in tone so I turned it off in COS just to make sure. We pumped 40 calls through (both incoming and outgoing) on Friday and could not get it to fail. We'll keep an eye on it and see what happens.
