Is it possible on the IPXoffice to page out both the external and keysets at the same time with an adapter?

yes... You should be able to use the CPA (Coral Paging Adapter) that works off a digital port.
only if you have a digital card....

Whoops, typo. I meant with out an adapter. I have a customer trying to tell me the pages were coming out his phones. It was news to me, but thought I'd ask.

The CPA is a unit like a keyset but has only the parts needed for paging.
It is a substitute to the external page, and you have the option to distribute many of it far from the PBX.
It can be page as a single keyset or as a part of keyset group (zone page).
The external paging can not be paged simultaneously with a keyset.
