Does anyone have a spread sheat as to what benifits there are to the HDD Voicemail vs the Flash voicemail. For example I have only 5 programable branches with the flash and unlimited with the HDD. I am looking for a more detailed list of the benifits of a HDD VM.

Thanks in advance

Yes I do have a list. The most important:
Multiple companies, Use the Hard Drive
Outcall notification, Use the harddrive
Record A Call, Use the hardrive
0 destination per mailbox hardrive can, flash can not.

The latest version of the flash is starting to offer more features of the hardrive. Basically the harddrive offers more space, more greetings and detailed outcall (as far as schedules)
Flash Mail is very reliable and very aggresive with price.

When you say Outcall notification, I thought the flash would call and notify your cell 1 time is this correct? Are you refering to multipul outcalls to the same or different number use the HDD?

That is correct. there is no schedule setup. Also any kind of Ucd announcement messages will work on the Hard Drive. Different message lamps for phanthom extensions.

The hd has a better directory. Generally If the customer requires more than 10-15 phones I quote the HD for the flexability and storage space and yes UCD announcements must have a HD. Muliple menus HD is the one to go with.
