Help!
My company is in the process of purchasing a new phone system and our current Sprint Protege has crashed.
Our previous support vendor won't come and fix it for us even though we're offering to pay them $200 for a 5-minute job!
Anyhow... our entire voicemail system is down and I have to fix it.
I restarted the voicemail computer and nothing appears to happen (we may have a bad monitor). We can receive incoming calls but the only thing that happens is flashing line buttons.
Any assistance with restarting the phone system or at least programming our phones to ring when a calls comes in would be extremely helpful!
Thanks, Courtney

To change the ring assignment requires getting into system programming which requires password unless you have the password not much can be done without reseting everything. There are two thing I can think of that may help you. If phone were programmed to ring in night mode you could use function 63 to set system in night. The 2nd option would be to plug a regular phone into voicemail port so you could hear ringer.
