I am sure glad she explained the difference between the letter "oh" and the number "oh". I actually thought that this was funny on how it was as much about phone etiquette as it was about operation. Can yuou imagine if the cell phone companies had to release a 10 minute video for every feature explaining its usage and the proper etiquette? Maybe this woman would've benifitted from such a video
