Does anyone know if there is a standalone (for lack of a better term) cordless IP phone that could work with a wireless data lan that would also connect to an analog CO line or station port for dialtone? There is no VoIP system in place but there is a wireless lan in place...(no, they are not going to install a VoIP tel system just to get cordless in case you're wondering) :-)
I hope this question is not too dumb...I'm a 30 year "analog" phone man...
