Anyone know how to tweak the IX-4EVMC voice mail card wav file so the smart phones can use it? Using the gateway program it sends a .wav file but nothing can open it to play it. There is the ffmpeg.exe fix that iwatsu wants you to use but I have not had any luck getting it to work.

You can convert wav files to different types using a file converter similar to the one you're working with for mp3 conversion. Links to the files are found in the tech documentation for VMI Gateway.
Most often, any trouble with file forwarding and sound files is leaving out the quotation marks on the conversion window or having a space where you don't actually need one. After that, sending sound files thru VMI Gateway to an non-Windows device is sometime a crap-shoot at best.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
