Hi, I am trying to setup an existing customer with Adix 8.15 software that has a PRI and has DNIS digits going to a digital telephone and will also need to ring to an Omegatrek handset and an analog port (cordless phone) all at the same time and if unanswered then fwd to mbx of digital telephone. I can use hunt group to make all ring however can't fwd hunt group to vms. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? (I know that Call coverage keys should work on this software with Omegatrek but that doesn't help with the analog extension.) I tried setting up an access dial code for 1 of the PRI channels and then route the DNIS to that dial access code and then programmed that Logical port for station ringing of the 3 extensions but it seemed that other extensions were ringing when I tried this - especially the operator extension. Any help would be appreciated.

If you change the hunt group you created to a UCD group - you can set the UCD group to overflow to VM (hunt grp 47). This operation will pass the UCD hunt group access code to VM as the mailbox number.
In the VM you have a couple of options:
1. Set the mailbox to leave a message in the digital phone user's mailbox
2. Create a new mailbox based on the UCD group access number. Install a MBOX 1-999 key on the digital user's key pattern so he/she can get messages left to the UCD group.

Thanks for the help, I did change to UCD group and then was able to fwd to MBX for UCD group by sending to menu and fwding menu to mbx - immediate, to the digital telephone...
