I have inherited an Iwatsu Adix system (fix a cable problem now they think I am an expert on the programming), anyway the customer had so basic questions I thought that I would try here.
n Ability to switch extensions in the system so the wiring doesn't have to be adjusted/changed
n Renaming extension names
n Reprogramming buttons on telephones (extensions)
n Ability to change how many rings it takes to go to voicemail
n Ability to ring to multiple locations if the intended extension doesn't answer - example - if someone calls the information extension (ext. 100), and it isn't answered within two or three rings, I'd like it to ring to multiple phones (including ext. 100) so the call doesn't always get sent to voicemail if the person isn't there.
Any help would be great!! Thanks

Avayaman,
All these changes are fairly simple (excluding the final piece, which I would probably handle using Call Cover Delay keys), but would require you to have access to the Iwatsu Programmer and a connection to the system. Do you have these things?
