I'm using Esnatech vmail with my ECS 4.1 system. I just upgraded to SP1 for 7.1 and have the same issue that I have run into before that I can't remember how to fix. My voice recognition is not working when calling into voicemail. It was a pretty simple setting last time to activate it again. Does anyone know when setting that is?
Thanks

Every time I do anything with my TOL, such as an upgrade, I spend hours on the phone with Esnatech tech support. You might need to call in.

Check the ASR Configurator. Go to Start --> All Programs --> Telephony Office LinX --> ASR Configurator.
Check over your settings and make sure that local IPs shows the IP of the ESNA and that status is ON.
If so, try clicking on Restart UMSNLS and Restart Clients.
ESNA tech support is extremely responsive and cooperative and if you cannot get it started on your own, I'm sure that a quick WebEx will get you what you need.

Perfect. I changed the Install Type to client and then restarted both UMSNLS and Clients and speech recognition works again.
The only thing I have noticed is that the dbsrv9.exe is taking 100% of the cpu whenever possible. I'll have to have Esna take a look at it.

One last thing.... What is the most common value for taskAdapt.AdaptWindowLength? I put 7 in there because I had to have a real value in order to save the settings.

We usually keep 21 set as the default. I've never had any issues with that, so I'm not even sure what affect an incorrect setting would have.
