Hi there, we have the Omega-Voice VMI Iwatsu 1x-12KTD-2 Revision 1 manufactured in 5/2004. I have a users manual but I do not see how to turn on and off the ringers at each station. Can someone please give me some guidance. There is a "ringer" button on each handset but when you press it at the station you'd like to turn on/off, it doesn't change anything. I have 2 stations that are not ringing that we would like to ring.

Thank you much.
Kim

Is this for intercom calls? if so, are they beeping once and the other person in on their speaker phone? If so, keep the handset on the cradle press FEAT and dial 65, now your phone will ring for intercom call.

Thank you for your reply. I am referring to incoming outside calls, not intercom calls. Certain stations ring when an outside call comes in and then we have 2 stations that don't ring. It has something to do with ring muting? I want to turn the ringers back on 2 stations.

This is most probably not anything to do with ring muting. You can check this by calling an extension and pressing # once it has answered handsfree. The # will make that extension ring. As long as you have ring there, then what the real issue is is that the extensions are not included in ringing stations or the ring group depending on how your system is set up. Unfortunately, this setting must be changed in programming. There is no short-cut you can do through the phone itself that can change that.

It looks like it's probably time to call your installer to make the changes for you.
