We recently installed our first Adix VS with a 4 port vml card. For some reason calls are not forwarding to users vm box on a no answer condition. Each ext. is set for fixed forwarding on no answer to the vm hunt group after 12 sec. What else am I missing???

Are Manual call forwards set to NA in 10.73 and Fixed call forwards to the VM access number in 10.78?
Also, make sure your delay ring timer (4.16) is at least 5 seconds lower than Call Forward No Answer (4.13).
Does the voicemail ever answer? Can you dial directly into it?

Manual call fwd. is set for all calls and fixed call fwd. is set to 710. You can dial the vm directly, I'll have to check what the delayed ring timer is set to.
