I have a fairly older Omega phone system and I'm trying to get the MOH to work. I have the device plugged in and can hear the recording, but it is very faint and has a lot of "air-noise". The device is turned up all the way, the MOH on the CPU card is turned up all the way and I can not figure out how to troubleshoot. Is there something with the pin-outs that I need to do on the CPU card?
I no longer have tech support for this device, the company that serviced it is out of business and there isn't anyone else in the immediate area to help.
Thanks

I'd bet on an impedance mismatch. You should not have to crank up the volume to faintly hear it. What kind of music source are you using?

Take the cable out of the Iwatsu & hook your butt set up to it and listen, how loud is it then?
I thought you said that your system was down...
