I have a phone that is showing a different caller id number when making outbound calls. It's on a PRI and i have checked everywhere that i can think of to no avial. Any suggestions

If the person you are calling is seeing a different caller ID than you should call your phone company.

The adix can output any number on a PRI if it is programmed in the switch, some carriers only accept valid customer numbers, others will output anything assigned. Check personal speed dial position 97 for the phone extension, check CNIS number, class 10 item 79 for the phone extension. The output number is probably in one of those fields. Let us know the results

I just got the same problem resolved by contact tech support. It was in class 12 (Station Speed Dial)of that extentsion. Somehow, it just kept showing one of the number in there. Deleted and it now shows the main number.
