Have a Esi Phone system in a large grocery store.
Every few months one or two phone looses all or part of button program. It is usually a different ext. And the system clock/Date are often off.The sustem is behind a ups with co protection and well grounded.

the best thing to do, is Password Protect the phone. I have seen people Hold down the keys....and then Wipe out the buttons....
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
