I was hoping someone can send me the pdf of the voiceworks 16 userguide. can not find one anywhere. also can not seem to get message notification to work. have the voiceworks on a comdial dsu1 w/ 20a software. I want to guess the problem is with the dialing string because I can not even get the voicemail to dial 9 and grab a line.

I have VoiceWorks 16 Admin manual and Feature set 2 admin manual. If either of those will help send me a email with your address to send it to.
