Hi, I am having a few problems with hunting on the OfficeServ system and I can't find the Program to help me change settings.
My main problem is that I have 1 extension (216) that rings whenever someone dials extension 215. I need to seperate them completely and can't find where to do it.
Its slightly more complicated than that in that 215 actually isn't patched anywhere, and I have a seperate extenstion number off the main range that redirects to 215, but I don't think that's relevant to fix this issue.
If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be greatful
thanks,
Jody

I got the password for engineering mode. But there doesn't seem to be an existing pair between the 2 phones in Station Pairing.
Any other ideas folks?

Try looking in call forward menu. What type of handsets are you using? Digital? analogue?

There doesn't seem to be any mention of extention 216 in 215's Call Forwarding, nor vice versa.
I'm using digital handsets. OfficeServ DS-5014s

I believe I've sorted the issue. There was an entry for extension 216 under the key extender program of 215. I removed that and 216 is no longer ringing when 215 is dialled.
thanks all
