New 7400 with SVMi-20: set up a couple of user to have their voice mail goto Email. However sometime they get the attachment, sometime they don't. The headers are sent with no problem evrytime. Any ideas.

Most likely the problem is with their anti-virus or anti-spam software stripping the attachment. It could be on the server or client side, but that's where I would start. Look at the logs for the anti-virus and anti-spam software.

I think CIT is on to it, I have found software like Mail Marshall will block or strip the .wav file from the e-mail. Even though it is inside the network it is still delivered to the mail server which treats all the same.

Thanks for the info. I got with the IT guy and had him turn off all the email filters and we found one of them was stopping the attachments. (Good thing I get along with the IT guy). I'm up and running now.
