So after going through the whole system about 4 times i could not for the life of me find the option to turn caller id on ....
Then i found a Book which shows a basic user manual and to turn options and stuff on..
in there i saw To turn on Caller id option 119
that option wasnt in the system is there some type of licensing i have to do to be able to get it onto the system....

Depending on the type of system it is you must have the correct card and software version to even start to enable CID,if you have the right equipment look in the 400's

You have a DCS Compact.You need a Misc 2 card as well as a Ram 2 card in the system.What version software chips are in the cabinet?It has to be at least 2.5 if you have an SVMi card.

This is what i would need to support the Caller ID feature.
Is there a number i should call i tried the 1800-samsung and they disconnected me 4 times .. so im not sure if its even supported anymore but i could be wrong....

Try a dealer,this system is manufacturer discontinued.

We were a dealer at one time but is there a place to get this like ebay or such being that its discontinued ....
or is there a list of dealers that i can find in the las vegas area....
so i would need

I saw a misc 2 on ebay a couple days ago
