I need some help programming two(2) phones iDCS 28D with my OS7100. My installation tool software will not let me add a transfer key to these phones. I get an error that says something like "Limited in Key Feature".
I know this is just the basic problem, but I can give more information if someone has any ideas.

By default, the transfer key is already on the 28 button phone, directly above the HOLD key.

That was my impression, but it is not the case with the 28 button phones that I have.

That is the default location for the transfer key. Did your installing dealer set your phones up differently? You may need to get them back to help get you in the right direction.
