HOW DO I GET GROUP 503 TO OVERFLOW TO THE MAILBOX OF EXTENTION 204 (GROUP 503 MEMBER)AFTER 18 SECONDS. I HAVE ALREADY SET THE NEXT PORT SETTING TO 204 & THE OVERFLOW TIMER IS SET 18 SEC
THAT DIDNT WORK ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Overflow it to 519 or 529 whichever one is the Voicemail, since you have not said what system model it is, I also assume you have a SVMi. Then in the SVMi make a rule that 503 goto mbx 204. There are other options but you have not said why or what for.
Also try and find the CAPS lock key please.
