I am in the process of expanding and upgrading a dcs with the cadance vm, and I need to know if ,when the AA answers, and transfers a call to an ext, will caller id info show up on the ext display?

Yes it does. My office used to run on a DCS with a Cadence mail years ago, full time AA and CID passes through to the extension. Definative answer is yes.

Remember you have to have an Expansion A1 card in the system to even have caller id.
