Hi there. Can you help? Is it internal or external? RCA jack? 1/3" miniplug or something else?

There is 3.5 mm mini phone jack on the side of the ksu
There is also a jumper j11 on the mother board up by the area of the jack that must be moved to ext music

Thanks much Ken. Quick question...the Jumper J11...is that just a switch to flick from one setting to the other?
Customer has never used their MOH...

Yes ,but its on the mother board under the cover of the KSU
Try just plugging in moh maybe the jumper is positioned in on position.
