Hi guys, a customer is saying that users are getting their UM messages but if you reboot the VM (Interchange 12.0)other new messages appear in their E-mail that they have not recieved.I'm going to this site on Wed. any thoughts?

Delete the files in the READY folder and reboot. Bet it fixes your issues.

There were messages in the Ready folder, I deleted and re-booted and haven't heard any complaints since! thanks RBF
