Good Afternoon.

Question 1: Can someone briefly explain how to add new DIDs to our existing system? For example, we have DIDs with prefix 111 ranging from 1025-1050 that work perfectly. We recently needed to add DIDs, so we "purchased" DIDs with prefix 222 ranging from 2050-2054. I know the suggested method will be to get a Comdial installer, but we're trying to cut costs.

Question 2: Is it possible to hook up our FXT in Dallas with another FXT in Ohio via VOIP? We have a small call center located in Dallas and a satellite location in Ohio, we need to be able to transfer calls between Ohio and Dallas. Is this the correct approach?

Question 3: Does the FXT provide phone usage stats? We need to be able to run reports in order to see who gets and makes the most calls, as well as other metrics that might prove useful.

Question 4: I've been working with hooking up Hyperterminal to our FXT for reports and whatnot that aren't provided through VMMI. I'm having some issues doing this, so is there a brief How-To to get this working? I've double checked the settings in Hyperterminal and the FXT, and Hyperterminal indicates it's Connected, but I receive no data in the Hyperterminal screen.
